Today marks a proud moment for the Institute of Electronics and Informatics Engineering of Aveiro (IEETA). Following a rigorous assessment by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), IEETA has been awarded the classification of EXCELLENT in its most recent research unit evaluation.

Out of 14 research units evaluated in the area, IEETA is one of only five to achieve this top distinction, confirming our reputation for scientific excellence, innovation capacity, and effective research management.

This recognition is the result of the dedication and collaborative spirit of our entire team. To our grantees, master’s and PhD students, researchers, and staff — thank you.
