New Details

The FC Portugal team, a collaboration between Universidade de Aveiro and Universidade do Porto, has won the Soccer Simulation 3D League at RoboCup 2024! In a gripping final match, FC Portugal emerged victorious with a score of 5-3 against magmaOffenburg from Germany.

The success didn’t stop there. FC Portugal also claimed top honors in the Free/Scientific Challenge and the FatProxy Challenge within the Sim3D League.

Portugal’s presence at RoboCup 2024 also included impressive performances from other teams: LAR from Universidade do Minho in the Middle Size League and IsocRob from Universidade de Lisboa IST in the @home League of RoboCup Major. Additionally, schools from Arouca, Ermesinde, and Barcelos participated in RoboCup Junior.
