Maria J. P. Sousa Represents IEETA at ESCV 2026

Last week, IEETA researcher Maria J. P. Sousa participated in the 28th Annual Conference of the European Society for Clinical Virology (ESCV 2026), held in Porto, Portugal.

The ESCV Annual Conference brings together researchers, clinicians, and experts to discuss recent advances in clinical virology, including viral genomics, diagnostics, host-virus interactions, and emerging viral infections. Maria’s research focuses on computational methods for the reconstruction and analysis of human viral genomes.

It’s great to have IEETA represented at this important international meeting in virology.
