Synopsis / Objectives

This service provision was selected by international public tender. Its main objective is to computerize the property registry of São Tomé & Principe and to make the transition from a paper-based service to a digital service.

* Digitization and cataloging of current paper-based records
* Development of forms for the creation of new exclusively digital records
* Issuance of registration certificates with international accreditation
