Water burials – molecules and isotopes

Study all available human bone material from Levänluhta and Käldamäki sites by analysis of human genomes and human persistent virus genomes. Use stable isotopes in interpreting the provenance of the individuals in these sites. Create and develop a bioinformatics pipeline for human and virus DNA analysis, and to develop a combinatorial approach based on these methods, by using Bayesian network analysis.
