PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

A. Oral presentations:

Speakers must be at each Symposium presentation auditorium 15 minutes before the beginning of the session and bring the slides file in a pen-drive or CD-ROM.

Only computers with the MS windows will be provided for presentations. In case of using other operative system, and in order to avoid eventual incompatibilities, please bring your own laptop and be early at the room in order to arrange all with the local assistants. 

B. Poster presentations

Posters should have portrait orientation and the standard size of 80 x120 cm.

All posters will be presented in the "Pavilhão Aristides Hall". At this place there will be special supports with the identification of each poster. Authors must display posters during the morning of each day and must be near the poster during the specific session.
 At the end of each day (9 and 10) all posters must be removed.
